Altar Candles - Short 4'S - 7/8" x 12" - 51% Beeswax

Lighted candles upon the altar table serve as an outward sign of reverence, joy, and the living presence of Christ during the celebration of Mass. Catholic liturgical tradition has long given honor to pure beeswax candles, drawing upon the ancient symbolism of the virgin worker bees whose spotless wax represents the pure flesh of Christ, born of the Virgin Mary.

Chiarelli’s Church Supply is pleased to supply these canonically approved altar appointments to Catholic parishes, chapels, and shrines nationwide. Manufactured in the United States by Cathedral Candle Company, these Short 4's altar candles offer parishes a reliable, dignified candle crafted specifically for daily and Sunday celebrations.
